-Clients have 48 hours to cancel without penalty this ensures I can fill the slot and give clients on my waitlist enough notice to book. -If attempt to cancel within the 48hrs, you will be prompted to contact me as fee will be associated to your cancellation. -If a client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours but more than 24 hours, they will be charged 50% of the service cost - If a client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of their scheduled service, they will be charged 100% of the service cost. - For no-show appointments where the client does not show up for their scheduled service, they will be charged 100% of the service cost. - If payment cannot be processed due to a blocked card, the cancellation fee must be paid before the client can book another appointment. - In regards to late fees- I give a 15 minute grace period before a fee of $35 is added to the clients service cost.
